The Adco Olefin HD RV Cover for Travel Trailers up to 26' - All Climate + Wind - Gray # AD77ZR that you referenced will work great on your 2019 Lark Car Trailer as long as the 24 foot length you mentioned is taken without the tongue. When selecting the right storage cover it's important to measure the overall length of the trailer without the tongue, but including anything you might have mounted at the rear, such as a ladder or spare tire. I have attached an image to assist.
This particular cover is designed for trailers like yours that are 24 to 26 feet long. Any slack on the cover can be tightened up sing the integrated cinch ropes.
Now if you end up measuring a shorter length after excluding the tongue, the better fit will be with the Adco SFS AquaShed Cover for Travel Trailer # 290-52242, which is for trailers that are 22 to 24 feet long.
