will these tie downs hold a 1975 rancho el rae with a weight of 1990lbs i have a f-250 6.5 bed?

The Camper Hold Downs, # HSSF, will work with any camper that is a fit for your truck. These hold downs do have some limitations as to what trucks they will fit. If your truck bed is a step side or has a double wall, they will not fit. However it is likely that it will work for you. Take a look at the installation pictures I have included for you.

I also recommend using the camper tie down hardware package, # TDHP.
