I do have an option for you but the Pro Series Round, Pipe-Mount Swivel Jack w/ Footplate part # PS1401420303 does not include a grease fitting for easy greasing.

I recommend Round, Pipe Mount Swivel Jack w/ Footplate - Weld On part # TJP-7002S-B which is a weld on pipe mount side wind jack with 7,000 lbs of capacity. It offers 15-1/2" of travel and has a built grease zerk to allow for effortless greasing.

The overall height of the Round, Pipe Mount Swivel Jack #TJP-5001S-B is 16-3/4 inches when fully retracted and 26-3/4 inches when extended. Basically from the center of the pipe mount to the top of the jack measures 6-1/2 inches.
