We do have bike racks for your application but since the RockyMounts MonoRail 2 Bike Platform Rack # RKY10003 secures bikes by the wheel the ratcheting arm need to rest right where front fender is located.
Instead you need to use a bike rack that secures the bike by the frame. We have 2 different styles in the same price-range as the MonoRail with the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HLY74FR and the Saris Freedom # SA4412B-R. The Sport Rider SE uses the same type of ratcheting arm as the MonoRail but for this application it comes down on the bike frame. The Freedom has a cradle in the middle that holds the frame of the bike. Both options are great bike racks and I don't have a problem recommending either one. The Freedom has a little bit of an advantage as it can accommodate weird frame shapes.
The best option we have for your bike is the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202. This uses clamps attached to an arm which gives you a huge range of fit applications plus it has a ramp for loading heavy bikes that is stored inside the bike rack. The EasyFold XT was designed specifically for E-Bikes so if you plan on doing a lot of biking this option is well worth the investment.
I have attached some review videos that you can check out.

Hi Jon What rack for two ebikes weighing 65lbs each would you recommend for a step through that doesn't have a conventional cross bar to pull down on? Thanks Norm
