Shocks Vs. SumoSprings for a 2015 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 36LA

Question:

I have a 2015 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 36LA. I am wanting to upgrade to Koni shocks. Can you provide the part numbers needed for my RV?

If you are having porpoising issues with your 2015 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 36LA which is simply a front to back rocking feeling then I actually recommend you look into a pair of helper springs which are essentially a cushion that go between the frame and axle and work to limit up and down movement while also helping soften the ride as well. The helper springs I recommend are the SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs part # SSF-173-40-2 for the front and part # SSR-183-54-1 for the rear. I am sure you have heard these of as they are one of the most common aftermarket add-ons for a motorhome.

The helper springs are also going to be much more economical than new shock absorbers partly due to installation difficulty. If you choose to go with new shock absorbers over helper springs which I feel will not severe you as well then you will need to reach out to a local dealer as this is not a product line we offer.
