As long as your tow vehicle can handle the additional amperage draw of supporting the additional trailer lights of your second trailer you can certainly add a 4-way to the back of your 2010 Crossroads Cruiser 5th Wheel. The best solution is to use Bonded 4-wire # 16-4B-1 , which is sold by the foot and the Tekonsha 4 Pole Hardwire Kit # 18252 . You will need to splice the bonded wire into the wiring on your 5th wheel's 7 way connector and then run enough of the bonded wire to the back of the vehicle to allow you to wire on the 4-way for the boat trailer. You may also want some butt connectors for 16 gauge wiring like this pack of 5 with part # 05731-5 .
With all that being said, it is recommended that you check your state DOT laws regarding tandem towing since some states don't allow it and others have limits on the total length of your towed vehicles.
