How Much Can a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox Tow
Question:
Wht is the max tow weight for a 2015 equinox .
asked by: Marsha L
Expert Reply:
The maximum towing capacity for a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox will vary by engine size and if the trailer has brakes. If the trailer does not have brakes, then your maximum towing capacity is 1,000 lbs regardless of engine size but if the trailer does have brakes, then your maximum towing capacity is 1,500 lbs for models with the 2.4L I4 engine and 3,500 lbs for models with the 3.6L V6 engine. I have attached some parts below you will need to tow a trailer as well if you are interested.
