Can Two of the Timbren Silent Ride Suspension for Single Axle Trailers Be Used Together
Question:
Hi This suspension looks exactly like what I want to replace a pair of torsion axles that do not align correctly. Can this suspension be set up as a tandem? We do not have enough room for the Timbren walking beam type suspension. I realize that as this is not a load sharing suspension so may have to down grade the weight to allow for that on a double axle. If so how much? Thanks in advance

Yes, the Timbren Silent Ride Suspension for Single Axle Trailers part # TSR3500S05 can be used in tandem as confirmed by Timbren. It sounds like you are already aware of the Timbren Silent Ride Suspension for Tandem Axle Trailers part # TSR4000T05 but need more clearance so if that is the case then the above will work just fine for you.
In regards to weight capacity, this will not be limited so (3,500 lbs x 2) as confirmed by Timbren.
