The etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98912 which is a fit for your 2019 Subaru Crosstrek uses 1/2" carriage bolts. In some cases, you will need to slightly enlarge the frame holes in order to use this bolt size. That said, there is no way for us to tell you whether or not this is required because it varies by vehicle. The frame hole tolerances are not that exact from the manufacturer. If you crawl under your vehicle and try to stick any 1/2" bolt through these holes that will then tell you if you need to enlarge them. Please note, enlarging these holes is very minor and common practice so I would not let this be a deterrence.
If you absolutely don't want to enlarge the frame holes (if even needed) then the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76209 is also a fit for your 2019 Subaru Crosstrek and it uses 7/16" diameter carriage bolts so won't have to enlarge the frame holes.
