Radius and Diameter of Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire with Wheel # AM3H480

Question:

I have a 1963 boat with a tandem axle and factory 8inch wheels. I want to go up to the Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire. But Im not sure if it will fit. Could I get a backspacing measurement from center of wheel lugnuts to the rear of the tire? Im not sure if it will fit and sont want to order if they dont fit

The measurement you described wanting for the Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire with 10" White Wheel # AM3H480 sounds like the radius of the wheel and tire which would be the distance from the center of the wheel and tire to the outside of the tire. This would be 10.2 inches since the overall diameter is 20.4 inches and would help you determine if you have the needed fender clearance. You'll want right at 4 inches of clearance from the top of the tire to the fender to be on the safe side.

The actual backspacing would be 3-1/2 inches which is the measurement from the mounting flange of the wheel to the outer lip of the wheel.
