The Curt Solid Steel 2" Hitch Bar # D36 that you referenced has only one hitch pin hole drilled in it like what you see in the attached picture. It's a solid shank as well.

The Curt Solid Steel 2 Inch Hitch Bar, #D30, measures 12 inches long and 2 x 2 inches square. From the center of the 5/8 inch hole to the shorter end measures 2-1/2 inches. The distance the other way measures 9-1/2 inches.
