The Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control # RP66559 is an excellent option for your application! This has a tongue weight range of 500 lbs - 1,000 lbs so as long as you don't have more than 235 lbs sitting behind the rear axle of your 2020 Jeep Gladiator this is will work really well to tow your Keystone Bullet 243 BHS. All you need to complete the setup is a hitch ball like the 2" # A-90 or the 2-5/16" # 19286.
If you think you'll be pushing the 235 lbs behind your rear axle then I recommend upgrading the system to part # RP66560 instead which gives you a tongue weight range of 600 lbs - 1,200 lbs. You'd still need either of the hitch balls mentioned above to complete the setup.
To ensure that you have proper tongue weight I also recommend using the etrailer Scale # e99044 which can easily be stored in your Jeep or your camper and allows you to easily make sure that your trailer has the proper tongue weight of 10-15% of the weight of the loaded trailer.
