Tow Bar Wiring and Braking System for Flat Towing 2020 Jeep Gladiator

On my 2020 Jeep Gladiator, I am ordering and installing the Second Vehicle Kit for Roadmaster InvisiBrake Braking System - RM-98700 and a Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit - RM-15267 . Is the Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles - RM-88400 only other part I need to complete the installation?

Assuming your RV is already equipped with its end of the Roadmaster InvisiBrake System # RM-8700 the Second Vehicle Kit # RM-98700 will work perfectly to equip your Jeep Gladiator with the needed components.
In addition to this kit you will also need the Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751497 to ensure proper operation. I verified this with my contact at Roadmaster. The Brake-Lite Relay Kit # RM-88400 that you mentioned is actually not needed.
The Roadmaster Diode Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 that you also referenced is a great solution for lighting and is exactly what I would recommend for your Gladiator. This will let you wire the vehicle so that it accepts the RV's signal light circuits and the didoes prevent any potentially harmful feedback.
