No Trailer Brakes on 2018 Voltage Toy Hauler After New Brake Install
Question:
Thanks for the information. I did try to adjust the brakes and the adjuster is locked solid with rust. Seems like I'm not getting any help from dealer and/or manufacturer. From what I can tell they appear to be 12 inch brakes. Can you please send me the part number for complete replacements.

I really suggest you just take the trailer back to the dealer and have them fix the issue because the second you try to fix their mistake, the warranty for the work they performed goes out the window. That said, if the brakes are humming then that means you are getting power. If the brakes are getting power but not engaging then the most common cause of this after a fresh install is that they have not yet been adjusted. There is a star wheel on the back for adjusting the tension on the pads. If the brakes are adjusted properly then make sure they are installed on the correct sides of the trailer as this would cause them not to engage as well.
