what do I need for a rear bearing 1 3/8 front bearing 1 1/16 seal dia 1 23/32

From the measurements you gave me I believe you need the bearings # L44649, # L68149, and the replacement seal # 58846 (which is available in a pack of 2 with part # RG06-050).
All of this is available in the kit # BK2-100 which is for a #84 spindle.
