Im wanting to know if you can fit a tool box in between the front of the bed and the hitch with the slider hitch in the factory installed puck system

If the tool box does not cover up the pucks of the factory rail kit in the bed of your 2019 Ram 2500 short bed the B and W Companion Slider part # BWRVK3670 will fit and work just fine with it. If you check out the install picture I attached you can see that the hitch does not go further forward into the bed than the pucks of the rail kit.

You will have to go with a sliding hitch to allow the trailer to make tight turns. For a trailer 8 feet wide the only bed length that's going to allow 90 degree turns without a slider is a stationary hitch. That being said you have two options.…
