Troubleshooting Tekonsha Trailer Wiring That Is Not Functioning on 2011 Honda Pilot

There is input voltage with no output... can you advise the part number for the box? Thanks for your help.

Sounds like you double checked all of the install steps of the Tekonsha kit part # 118491 on your 2011 Honda Pilot so the next thing to check is to determine if the converter box of this kit is possible faulty. To do that you'll need to test the wires that run to the box with a circuit tester like part # PTW2993.

If you are getting voltage on the input side of the box but still there's no voltage on the output side of the box that means the box has an internal problem and that's the issue. If there's no voltage on the input side the issue is the factory wiring of your Pilot. Which typically this would be related to the install of the fuses and relays of this kit. Which I know you checked that already but that would be the most likely reason it wouldn't be active.

Just the box of the # 118491 is not available. Only solution is the entire kit which would come with parts you already have but you could either discard or hold onto for possible replacements.
