Can Intake of Air Lift Compressor be Relocated with Tubing to Pull Air in From Higher Location

Can the intake filter installed on the compressor Assy. be repositioned by means of a tubing extension, to be at a higher location on vehicle to avoid water ingestion or just to keep it dry?

Yes, what you are referring to is a fairly common modification for the install of compressor kits like the Air Lift WirelessONE part # AL25980EZ that you referenced. Some refer to this as a "snorkel" but it's basically just like what you described where you use tubing to get the inlet of the compressor high enough that it's not going to draw in water. Some will route it to the interior of the vehicle.
