The flatbed version of the Replacement Base for B&W Companion Flatbed 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVB3055 is not adjustable. I did reach out to B&W and one potential solution offered was if the well depth is over 4 inches deep, the well can be removed to provide more height. If this is not applicable here then your next best option is to evaluate ways to lower the trailer through raising the pin box or replacing the pin box.
Another option that you could consider would be using a gooseneck ball in your bed and installing a 5th wheel to gooseneck adapter like part # CAB-C5G. This adapter is adjustable to as high as 16 inches and may give you the height clearance that you are looking for.
