can I use bulldog synthetic winch 6mm rope on the Dutton Lainson hand winch 2000 lb

The Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch # DL11004 that you referenced is only designed to handle straps like the 20 foot long # DL24242. It should not be used with synthetic rope like 6mm # BDW20095.

There aren't any Dutton-Lainson hand winches that can be used with synthetic rope. This is because synthetic ropes are slippery, can slide over surfaces too easily, and have been known to jam the reel and drive gears together on winches like this.
