Will TorkLift StableLoad Suspension Upgrade Reduce Sway and Body Roll on Ford F-550 Work Truck
Question:
I have a large work body on this truck and it is always on the overload springs. This truck always is fully loaded all the time and the load rarely changes. The over load springs squeak all the time and the truck is all over the road like there isnt any weight on the front axle. Is this designed to help that or do I need to look into different opinions. This problem has occurred with this truck since it was new after it was loaded down. I am a mechanic for a utility company and we have a ton of these Fords that are doing the same problem, different tires and alignment changes dont make much difference.

The TorkLift StableLoad Suspension Upgrade # TLA7200 that you referenced is designed for exactly what you are trying to do for your work truck. These durable blocks will simply bolt onto each of the overload bump stop brackets to dramatically improve the handling by basically pre-engaging the overload springs. This works to greatly reduce the sway and body roll you are experiencing on a daily basis when under load.
All four blocks and the necessary hardware is included. Once they are in place they don't require any kind of maintenance over time.
