The 2011 Super Lite series 5th wheels have unloaded weights that vary from about 5900-lbs (for the 256RKS) up to 7600-lbs (for the 314BDS) so the size/power of replacement electric drum brakes you'll need for your 2011 Jayco Eagle Super Lite will depend on the axle weight rating. You can usually find the axle weight rating on the axle itself, on your main identification sticker or in your owner documentation. You can also remove a hub and measure its diameter and width to determine the size of brake you need. Please refer to the linked image.
For 10 x 2-1/4-inch brakes for a 3500-lb axle you can use kit # AKEBRK-35-SA. This is a set of left/right self-adjusting brakes and you will need two kits, one for each axle. If your axles are rated for 4400-lbs then use two of kit # K23-478-479.
Brakes that are 12 x 2-inches in size like # AKEBRK-6 are typically for axles rated for 5200-lbs and up so odds are you will need the smaller 10-inch brakes # AKEBRK-35-SA.
Brake magnet wires are non-polarized so it does not matter which wire is grounded.
