We do have several options that will work on your 2019 Lincoln Nautilus, but you are correct when saying part # 118682 will not fit the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus. Currently we do not have any wiring harnesses that plug in behind the taillights for this vehicle, so you will be required to either hard wire in behind the tail lights or go with a zero contact interface (ZCI) style wiring kit.
The first option is a Curt # C59236 . This is a universal wiring harness that fits your vehicle and comes with everything you'll need to create a connection with your trailer via hard wire.
The option I recommend is the Tekonsha ZCI harness # 119250KIT. This is a Zero Contact harness which won't require splicing any wires; it's as simple as connecting to the existing wiring with a clamp and is an attractive option because it won't require cutting into the existing wires.
