Will Malone MegaWing Sit-On-Top Kayak Carrier Fit 2 Inch Diameter Round Crossbars
Question:
I have a r Ladder rack on my truck I use to haul my kayak while towing a camper. Looking for a bit more security. This looks like it will mount , but I want to be sure. Kayak is a Hobie pa 14, and the ladder rack is a 2 inch round steel tube. Thanks.

I reached out to Malone, who told me the Malone MegaWing Sit-On-Top Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs # MPG207 would work on your 2 inch diameter round crossbar because it will fit bars up to 4 inches wide and it also comes with two sets of bolts, which are 50 mm and 60 mm (2.4 inches) long.
The MegaWing also has a 150 lb load capacity and from my research your Hobie Pro Angler 14 weighs in less than that so the MegaWing can handle your kayak as well.
