If your new truck sits higher and you haven't lowered the head of the system on the shank to compensate for the change that would be your issue. You need to use the correct amount of drop on the shank to allow the trailer to sit as level as possible. It's also possible you need a new shank to allow more drop as well.
If you need up to a drop of 5-3/4 inches you would want the part # 17120, or if you need more drop part # C17123 which can do up to 11-1/2 inches.
Once that is sit it's probably a really good idea to run through the entire setup process again to ensure you are using the correct amount of spring bar tension for your new setup.
