Inexpensive Roof Rack for a Camper Shell with Tracks

I purchased these Q-Towers online, is there a way to mount these in a track or directly to my camper shell?

I do have an option for you but the Yakima Q-Towers cannot be mounted to a set of tracks or directly to the roof. These towers are only designed for bare roofs which they attach to with door clips. For a cost effective roof rack that will work with the tracks on your camper shell you can use the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for Factory Tracks part # Y02-480B-NT which has 54" long crossbars so your tracks will need to be between at least 42" apart.
That said, if you want to remove the tracks and don't mind drilling into the camper shell you can use the Thule TracRac CapRac Ladder Rack for Camper Shell/Truck Cap part # TH29200XT which has 69" long crossbars.
