I am pretty confident you meant to type that your trailer weighs 6,900 lbs and not 69,000 so for a fifth wheel hitch to tow it a lighter duty slider hitch like the part # RP30075 would be a great solution. This has a 16k capacity which would be much more than you'd need but what I really like about this hitch is that it has a round tube slider which operates smoother than a square tube and has a jaw design that holds the king pin tightly which gives you a quieter ride as well. You need a slider hitch so that you can make tight turns as short bed trucks don't typically have enough clearance to allow a trailer to make a tight turn without hitting the truck cab.

For a rail kit a custom install kit is the way to go as it minimizes install time and frame drilling. For that we have the Reese kit part # RP50066-58 as a confirmed fit which would be a great option. I attached an install video for this kit for you to check out as well.
