The A.R.E. Overland cap on your 2011 Toyota Tacoma is equipped with Yakima rails/tracks and the most cost efficient roof rack setup we have this is compatible is the Rhino-Rack Aero Bar System that consists of # RRRLT600 for the Quick Mount Legs and # RRVA165B-2 for 65 inch Vortex Crossbars.

This will give you a really durable, sleek, and quiet roof rack on your truck cap. To secure the 2 kayaks to the crossbars I recommend two of the etrailer.com J-Style Kayak Carriers # E98878. These are really nice J-style carriers with padded bases and arms to cushion the kayak and all the needed tie-down straps are included.

For an even more economical solution you can take a look at the Malone Deluxe Kayak Carrier # MPG152. These are foam blocks that simply wrap around the crossbars to provide a mounting surface for the kayak. The kayak is then secured in place using the included straps. This type of system isn't something we recommend for longer trips but if the water isn't too far away from home it's a good solution.

I have attached a couple video demonstrations that you can check out as well.
