Is There a Certain Order that Tow Bar Connections Need to be Made When Flat Towing
Question:
Put all the recommended parts on and they are working as expected. Q: when do I plug the wiring in the coach and truck ?? Do I do it to start with or wait until I shut the truck battery off ?? Thanks for the videos on the web site, they are a big help.

There isn't a specifically recommended time that is required for the wiring connections for tow bar setups. But to be on the safe side I would always disconnect it first (so that you don't forget and accidentally pull away with it connected and damage the wiring), and then make it the last thing you connect once everything else is connected. This will allow you to route it so that it does not interfere with the safety chains possibly.
Basically I would recommend developing a routine and mental checklist so that you always make the same connections every time in the same order so that you reduce the likelihood of forgetting something. Also, and this may sound odd, but don't let anyone else help you either. If you are responsible for all of the connections/disconnections there's less likelihood of you assuming somebody else took care of a step that maybe they assumed you took care of.
