Yes, your 16 foot Casita trailer has an A-frame jack on it so the Lippert Jack-It 2 Bike Rack for A-Frame Trailers # LC429756 will fit it and work well. To convert this to a hitch mounted bike rack so that you could use it in the hitch of your vehicle you'd just need the Bump It part # LC723359 and you'd be set.

We have a top wind jack on our 17' Casita Camper. Can we replace the jack with a side wind jack so we can use the jack it bike rack? Thanks

There's no reason you couldn't replace your existing top-wind jack with a side-wind model. I've linked our full selection below. If you can tell me the loaded weight of your Casita camper I would also be happy to make a specific recommendation.

Yes the Jack It #LC429756 will fit your 17 foot Casita camper just like the 16 foot Casita.

Adding Item #LC429756 would not change anything except provide you with extra clearance for a taller jack.
