No Trailer Running Lights on 2011 Ford F-150 XLT

I have a 2011 Ford F-150 XLT truck. I have tested the running light pin on the 4-way connector plug and determined it is not working on the vehicle side. how do I fix this issue is that right? Thank you for your help.

In the power distribution center (PDC) on your 2011 Ford F-150 XLT there is a 20 amp fuse in the #67 spot for the park lamp circuit as well as a relay in the #6 spot also for the park lamp circuit. One of these is most likely the cause of your running lights not working but if not you would just need to start tracing this wire as far back as possible to check for breaks.
