Picking Out Replacement Roof Vent Lid on Camper Trailer

Can you help me replace my cracked existing vent covers on my camper trailer? The vent dimensions are 13.5 X 13.0 inches. The existing cover dimensions are 15 X 15 inches. Attached is a picture of the vent opened. I am not sure of the type of hinge that is there. Please let me know what you might suggest.

Thank you for the picture of your roof vent! From that I can tell the correct replacement is the part # BV0554-01 as you have the old style of dome vent from Ventline.
