I bought this part for my 2005 Jeep Wrangler. What are the installation instructions or the remaining parts needed?

Looks like you have it mostly figured out, but you'd want to remove the wiring connector from the bracket of the 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket # HM40975 that you referenced, pull the connector through the mounting hole like you have it in your second picture, plug in the 7-way, and then push the assembly back into the mounting hole where the tabs will hold it in place.
