The Curt Spectrum Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional - Dash Mount # C51170 along with the Curt wiring adapter # C51392 is a confirmed fit for 2019 Honda Ridgeline according to the manufacturer. You can use a circuit tester like # PTW2992 to check for the 12V power on that harness. If you have power you should have lights unless there is a connection issue. Look for bent pins reconnect.
Then in engine compartment look at fuse box B located by the brake fluid reservoir. Check fuses 3, 6, , 9, and 11. One of these may have a connection to the brake controller power. If not, you will need to try to physically trace that wire or bypass it using kit # 5506 to hardwire the brake controller to your 7-way.
