We haven't had a chance to install the VanTred Custom Floor Mat for Cargo Vans # VTRF92 on a vehicle yet, like your 2004 Ford E-350 Van, but the installation is actually really simple. You will want to start off by laying the floor mat out so it has time to flatten out. While you are waiting you can clean up any places on your floor and remove any trim pieces that may be in the way (they will either have push pins, screws, or a combination of both). Then it is just a matter of inserting the VanTred and reinstalling any trim pieces that you removed.
