It sounds like you want to tow 2 trailers and need the wiring for both. It is completely possible to do that as long as your truck can handle the total weight of the two loaded trailers.
For the wiring, there are a couple of different options. You can run an extremely long harness like you mentioned that will be a simple customized length or you can tap into your trailer wires to create a harness at the back of your camping trailer.
My recommendation is to do the latter. To tap into your camper wiring, you can get access behind each tail light. Then you can simply use the Hopkins Endurance 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector Socket - Vehicle End - Ergonomic Design # HM48030 which has a built in mount or you can use the 4-Pole Hardwire Kit with Circuit Tester # 18252 which has the quick splice connectors and tester but would also need a bracket like # 18144.
Your other option is to use a different connector like the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way and 4-Pole Flat Connectors # C55774 to your Tundra to give you both the connectors. Then you can use wire # DW03240-1 or # 16-4B-1 sold by the foot to your desired length and then use ends # HM48190 and # HM48192.
