All of the trailer hitches that fit your 2017 Honda Accord are 1-1/4 receivers. I've linked our selection of carriers that fit the Class I hitch for you. The lightest of them is Curt # C18145 that weighs about 29 pounds.
This is important because your Accord has a tongue weight capacity of only 100 pounds according to the owner's manual. So with a roughly 30 pound carrier you're only allowed another 70 pounds on the Accord. You didn't say the weight of the bike but I think it's safe to assume it's heavier than 70 pounds.
Instead of a carrier I recommend loading the bike into a small trailer and towing it. The Honda can tow up to 1,000 pounds which you shouldn't have a problem staying within. You'll need a hitch # C11496, ball mount # 3593, hitch ball # 19256..
For a trailer take a look at # K2MMT4X6. You'll also need a wheel chock, like part # TWSPWM, and some straps, like part # IMF12637.
I've linked videos on each part as well as a couple articles on towing for you to take a look at.
