Bearing Kit for 3,500 lb Trailer Hub

Question:

Hello, I have an Excalibur dual axels trailer from Canada with only 2k miles on it and wheel - 3 of them are spitting grease - one badly. These are the part numbers they gave me: Front bearing – 44649 Front Bearing Race – 44610 Rear Bearing – 68149 Rear Race – 68111 Rear Seal – 1.720” I would like to get all these parts to have on hand when I go take it apart + one +one assuming both sides are same for front and rears wheel hub assembly to have as spare for the road - if something happens. Please respond. Thank you

Thanks for that detailed information and we have exactly what you need with Bearing Kit # BK2-100. This kit includes Bearings # L44649 and # L68149, Races # L44610 and # L68111, along with Grease Seal # 58846.

This kit is for 3,500 lb hubs like yours, which would be Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles # 84546UC3 or, if you had an E-Z Lube axle, the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K.

Typically when hubs are "spitting" grease it is because the seal must be bad, which happens sometimes with E-Z Lube spindles getting overfilled.

I have added a link to a video review of the bearing kit for you to check out.
