What Type of Fifth Wheel Hitch Can Install in Gooseneck Hitch in Bed of Truck

Wondering if and how to hook up a goose neck trailer to the demco hijacker for clean bed.

The Demco Hijacker needs to attach to a standard set of fifth wheel rails. Since that's what you have then you could use a Curt Spyder adapter # 16085 and you'd be able to tow a gooseneck trailer.
