Is Bike Frame Adapter Bar Needed When Carrying Womens Bike with Swagman Titan

Do you need a bike frame adapter for the swagman titan 2 bike rack? Is this rack suitable for a 2016 Subaru cross trek?

If you wanted to carry a female frame styled bike with the Swagman Titan part # S63400 you would want a bike frame adapter bar like the part # UB01. This attaches to the seat post of the bike and to the steering stem to give the bike a horizontal attachment point. I attached an install link for this for you to check out as well.
As long as you have a hitch installed on your 2016 Subaru Crosstrek like the part # E98838 this will fit and work well. I really like this hitch as it has a 2 inch opening and has plenty of capacity for carrying a bike rack or towing if ever needed.
