Troubleshooting LF Jack Error Code on Lippert Ground Control After Dead Battery

Question:

We have a 2017 Grand Design Reflection 29 RA with a a Lippert auto level system. Battery was dead after sitting through the winter, so we attached the truck to get the trailer attached and towable. When we got to our destination, we disconnected the truck and got a LF Jack error and unable to auto level the rig. We have it plugged into electricity and hopefully getting the battery fully charged will clear this issue. If not, how do I clear this error message and auto level the rig?

The LF Jack error code that you're getting on your Lippert Ground Control System # LC358590 can be triggered by a failed power source so the dead battery is likely your only issue. To clear the code and gain the ability to auto level again Lippert states that you need to first extend all the jacks at least 6 inches. Then press and hold the retract button until all the jacks begin retracting. Doing this should clear the code and return the system back to normal operation.

If you continue to have issues after doing this please let me know and I will be happy to look into this further.
