The Yakima Holdup Bike Rack part # Y02443 uses a threaded hitch pin which acts as an anti-rattle device when tightened down. What some people will do is tighten the bolt while moving the rack around in the hitch to help get rid of all of the movement. But there might still be some clearances in the rack that will allow a bit of movement. I attached a test course video for this rack that shows about how much movement is considered normal for this rack.
