Is There a Hitch Ball Converter for Roadmaster Falcon All-Terrain Tow Bar?
Question:
I just purchased a used car that came with a roadmaster Falcon all terrain towbar with a draw hitch. But I have a 2inch ball hitch on my motor home. Can I use a draw hitch to ball hitch converter on the towbar. The car is only 1800 pounds. I seen the converters on your website that handle 3 to 4000 pounds. Would one of them work? Thanks for the help.

The Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs # RM-522 will fit right into the receiver on your motorhome when you remove the ball mount. This is a more ideal option for towing your vehicle. If your tow bar is missing the shank then I recommend the replacement # 910019-20B.
If you really want to use your hitch ball there can't be a second pivot point so you will need to instead use the Stomaster Tow Bar # RM-501. This tow bar will work with the same baseplates you currently have on your vehicle as well as your 2 inch hitch ball.
