Best Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty With 8 Foot Bed
Question:
I recently got a 2019 Ford F-250 super duty and it has an 8 foot long bed. I did not get the prep package because I want a towing setup that is made by towing people, not an auto company. Since I plan on this being my truck for a long while I am looking for the BEST gooseneck hitch. Something really high in quality for my truck that will last. What do you have you think is the best?

The best gooseneck trailer hitch for your 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty with an 8 foot bed is the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1116 because it has a unique square base for its hitch ball which creates a strong and durable connection with your trailer, optimizing your entire towing experience.
As you can see by the accompanying photo showing the Turnoverball installed in a 2019 Ford F-250, the hitch ball and its base are square, a design that means there is zero rotation within the hitch. This is important because it creates a pocket of strength in your F-250's truck bed for your trailer to connect to.
The strength of the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1116 is established with its square base but there are other factors that ensure its durability, including the powder-coated steel construction of the hitch. The hitch - which is made in the USA - is built so well that it comes with a full lifetime warranty.
It is widely regarded as the premier gooseneck hitch in the industry, which is something you can see for yourself on the product page. On the "reviews" tab of the page are more than 700 reviews from our customers who have installed and used the Turnoverball gooseneck, and those 700 reviews have given the hitch a rating that is extremely close to 5 out of 5 stars. Getting 700 people to agree on much of anything is difficult, which really speaks to how good the hitch it.
The Turnoverball gooseneck # BWGNRK1116 has a 30,000 lb capacity, is relatively simple to install and does not require any drilling into your F-250's frame. I have added a link to a video showing this hitch being installed in a 2019 Ford F-250 for you to take a look at as well.
The only other thing I recommend is using a suspension enhancement system, the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-127-54 because they will help keep your '19 F-250 level and stable when you are towing, helping greatly minimize body roll.
If you need to add a wiring harness to the bed of your 2019 F-250 to power your trailer's lights and brakes the best option is the Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness # 50-97-410-010 because it is designed for use in aluminum truck beds to prevent corrosion, and has a 90 degree head to fit in your truck's side rails. I've added links to video reviews of the SumoSprings and harness for you to take a look at.
