Rear Axle Air Spring Kit for 2019 Ram 3500 4WD Cab and Chassis

I am looking to by the Air Lift LaodLifter 5000 Air Helper Air Springs - Rear Axle Item # AL57295. It says that it is a fit for a 2019 Ram 3500 but I am just making sure that it will fit a 2019 Ram 3500 cab and chassis 4x4.

We do have a rear axle air spring kit that will fit your cab and chassis 3500, Firestone # F2478, but AirLift does not have an option for your cab and chassis 3500. This Firestone rear air spring setup fits with or without factory top overload springs but it does require that you have at least 8-inches of space between the outside of the frame and the inside of the tire.

With these springs you can use a compressor kit that will make it much easier to find the pressure sweet spot for any given cargo or trailer load. For a heavy-duty single path compressor that controls both bags at once use # F2097, or for a dual path that gives you independent control use # F2168 which includes an air tank.

For the 2019 Ram 3500 Cab and Chassis 4WD we do offer the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-312-54, which is a jounce spring setup, not airbags. Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 air spring kit # AL57295 fits the 3500 4WD pickup but not the cab and chassis.
