Recommended 4 Bike Platform Style Rack for a Class C Motorhome
Question:
Howdy, I am looking for a 4 bike rack for a 2016 Forest River Sunseeker motorhome. I was specifically looking at the Swagman XTC4 and the Hollywood HR 1400 Sport Rider. My current Thule that I have been using has way too much bounce on the RV and is terrifying. Please advise, thanks so much.

There are only certain bike racks compatible with motorhome use because they do have more movement on the back of a large vehicle like that. It looks like you have done your homework as both of the racks you reference are compatible.
The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE 4 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # HR1400Z is more sturdy than the Swagman XTC4 # S64665 so that is my recommendation. This rack has the welded stop and the adjustable anti-rattle to ensure the firm fit in your hitch as you can see in the attached photo. The Swagman is also a good option but uses the similar anti-rattle as your Thule bike rack that draws the bike rack to the side of your hitch using the threaded hitch pin.
