Compatibility of Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit # C16420 With B and W Hitch

If I put these brackets for the fifth wheel rails, and I have b and w hitch already, do they fit without taking the b and w hitch off??

The Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit, part # C16420, is designed to be used with Curt base rails # C16104 or # C16204. It will fit 2006 to 2008 Dodge Ram Mega Cab and 2003 to 2012 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 with overload springs, including Mega Cab.
I would recommend to use installation brackets and base rails from the same manufacturer. I do not recommend mixing manufacturers for rails and brackets as there could be any number of compatibility problems.
The Curt base rails are compatible with Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley and Husky fifth wheel hitches.
