Can Yakima SkyBox Attach to Top of Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform Cargo Tray with Accessory Bars

2018 Toyota 4Runner with rhino rack pioneer platform with accessory bars. I would like to ad a cargo carrier. I like the Yakima Skybox 12. Will it work? If not, do you know of one that will work? Thanks
