Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2013 Subaru Impreza Sedan
Question:
Is there a hitch for the 2013 Impreza Subaru four door sedan? I would want it to carry: a cargo hitch to haul manure for the garden, or two to three bikes, or pull a 1000 pound camper trailer. Thoughts? Thanks.

The trailer hitch you want for your 2013 Subaru Impreza four door is the EcoHitch part # 306-X7241. This hitch has a 2 inch opening which means that it would allow you to carry a bike rack with more than 2 bikes loaded since you mentioned wanting to carry a 3 bike rack.
For trailer wiring I'd then recommend the Tekonsha kit part # 118581 which will install without splicing and has our most reliable converter box.
Since you plan on doing some towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
If the ball mount kit does not include a ball mount with the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, check out the link I have included that explains how to measure to choose a ball mount to tow the trailer level.
