I reached out to my contact at Dexter Axle (who took over the AL-KO brakes) and she said that standard 3,500 lb brakes and hub/drum assemblies will fit as replacements.
Since this is the case you will need the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-468-469, which have the 10" x 2-1/4" brake pads, and the etrailer Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K.
The brakes come in kits of 2 and the hub/drum assembly comes in a kit of 1 so if you have 1 axle then you need 1 of the brake kits and 2 of the hub/drum assemblies.
Attached are some installation videos that you can check out as well.
